On July 15th, with the successful lifting of the first steel structure duct frame of the offshore wind farm near Huidong Port Town in Guangdong Province this year, the "Qinhuanggong 2300" self-propelled crane ship, known as the "highest lifting height in Asia", was officially put into operation.
The wind farm site is located in the sea area near Gangkou Town, Huidong County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. The site covers an area of 64 square kilometers, with a water depth of 30-43 meters, and is about 25 kilometers away from land.
On April 17th, the "Qin Hang Gong 2300" self-propelled crane ship was successfully launched at Wanlong Shipbuilding Industry in Yangzhou. After testing and trial hoisting, the ship set sail from Changshu anchorage on July 8th and rushed to the construction site. It arrived at the designated location on the afternoon of the 14th and anchored overnight for positioning. After a day and night of continuous combat, at around 5:40 am on the 16th, the pipeline rack with a weight of over 1200 tons and a height of 65 meters was finally safely and stably placed in place. After being inspected by Party A, it fully met the design standards.
According to the International Ship Network, the "Qinhuanggong 2300" boom type self-propelled crane ship was built with an investment of 300 million yuan by Jiangsu Jiaolong Salvage Navigation Engineering Co., Ltd., designed by Yangzhou Haixiang Ship Design Company, and constructed by Yangzhou Wanlong Shipbuilding Industry. The ship has a total length of 136.2 meters, a width of 44.6 meters, a depth of 9.6 meters, and a maximum lifting height (65 ° mast) of 115 meters above the main deck. The lifting test reaches 2600 tons, which is 1.1 times the safety factor of 2300 tons. It is the self-propelled crane ship with the largest lifting height in Asia so far. It is suitable for lifting and piling various large heavy and hydraulic components in nearshore, coastal, port and other water areas, and can also carry out 110 meter wind power pile sinking operations.
In recent years, Jiangsu Jiaolong Salvage Navigation Engineering Co., Ltd. has diversified its business operations from traditional dredging, salvage, large-scale lifting, and navigation engineering, and seized the opportunity of rapid development of offshore wind power to fully enter the coastal wind power market, achieving accelerated transformation and development to adapt to development. In the new situation, after sufficient market research and strong support from Jiangsu Branch of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Longyang Navigation Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Jiaolong Company, invested in the construction of a 2300 ton self-propelled crane ship "Qinhuanggong 2300". The official operation of the ship marks the addition of another weapon to the wind power industry. The ship has the construction capability of 8MW offshore wind power and 10MW underwater sinking piles. After completion, it will showcase its skills in advancing into the deep blue sea.
